Yes, it’s the Naughty but Nice Show, also known as the Taboo show. We are going all out this year, huge booth, 20 feet by 20 feet. Models wandering around in lingerie and body paint with wings. You will see the introduction of the new Elemental series with sample images of Fire, Earth, Air and Water.
We are introducing a new special offering, part of the Elemental Series. It has a value of $700 for only $299. In addition to the Body Painting Session by Lucie Brouillard it includes a Boudoir/Glamour/Nude Session.
I will be doing live demos at our booth with models so you can see how I go about posing, solving body issues like tummies, or creating the look of longer legs. Even how I get amazing bum shots every time. Brody is back, and Bre is our new addition.
For photographers I will be teaching in the Seminar Rooms once each day on Boudoir photography tricks and techniques.
You can find us right in front of the main entrance; it’s really hard to miss us.
There are lots of albums, iPads, large prints, and even a TV showing of images. I am guessing, but I think we have 800 images on display. You will also find our draw for a free session in one corner. We have also donated 5 sessions as Taboo Door prizes.
It has been amazing watching this grow and change. We were one of the first exhibitors to attend the show. Back then, it started as Toronto Franchise, so they had these kind of strong yellow and red curtains with lots of “fringe” exhibitors as they worked to fill up the show. Very humble beginnings. Now it’s in three provinces with three shows in Alberta alone.
Oddly, Calgary is the tamest show, the result of the Stampede Board influencing things. I understand the Vancouver show gets to really express themselves.
Long days for us, it goes November 7th and 8th from 5pm to midnight, then Saturday the 9th from noon to midnight, with Sunday the 10th going from noon to 6pm.
Please come by and say hi, we would love to connect with you.
I am curious, do you have plans to visit the Taboo show this year or did you even know about it?
